PEO 코팅 솔루션

Micro Arc Oxidation (MAO)이라고도 불리는 Plasma Electrolytic Oxidation (PEO)은 알칼리 전해액을 이용한 친환경 코팅 기술입니다. PEO는 Al, Mg Ti 등의 비철금속을 고전류, 고전압을 이용하여 세라믹 층을 형성하는 전기 화학 표면 코팅 공법입니다. PEO 코팅은 원료 표면을 세라믹 층 (AI203)으로 개질합니다. 아노다이징 및 플라즈마 스프레이 방법보다 재료 특성이 더 높고 응집력이 강합니다. Neflab은 수년간의 연구 경험을 보유하고 있으며 PEO 코팅에 대한 지식을 얻었습니다. Features of PEO Coating

Corrosion resistance

Ceramic film, form surface of metal surface, provides strong corrosion resistance. Precisely ceramic form protects the material regardless of its shape( ….test: over 5900hours)

Wear resistance

2,000 Hv of Ultra-high hardness ceramic layer protects from abrasion, due to strong dissociating tension.

Ceramic form on aluminum has higher resistance than existing Bulk ceramic products. 

Heat resistance

PEO coating, which formed in combination process of plasmatized raw materials and metal surfaces, provide strong coherence between the materials and the PEO coating. The ceramic film has low separation from thermal shock and provide great heat resistance on surface of materials.





Hardness

2,000 Hv of Ultra-high hardness ceramic film protects from abrasion, due to strong dissociating tension. Ceramic form on aluminum has higher resistance than existing Bulk ceramic products.

Insulation

PEO coating film has strong dielectric features of ceramic. In addition, it has strong adhesion. Dielectric coating, which formed in conduct light metal, able to manufacture variety products.

PEO coating has anti-plasma advantage over anodizing coating and AIF coating. Thus, it provides reliability and high productivity
